This is my 9th fancel made on 11th to 13th March 2003.Kamikaze Manga. I don't know what it is but I just can't seem to get the skin tones right.But I think I just figured out what it is. I will try to have next fancel with right skin tones again. @_@ Hopefully!!!!!
Anyway, as all Fancels unless they say " original fancel" are
all made from either a screencapture or from the Manga.

I use the same technique.
I paint on a PVC laminate very similar to acetate but is flexible, and the paint is latex o enamel synthetic.
